- When Your Watch Doesn’t Meet Expectations (Returns) If the watch has a manufacturing defect or the item received does not match the model you originally ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received it. Crucially, all protective plastic seals (on the bracelet, case, and crystal) must remain intact. We cannot accept returns if the watch has been resized, worn, scratched, or if the seals have been removed.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back securely.
- Manufacturing Quality & Warranty Issues In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue:

- Exchange Policy: All watches are covered by a 30-day replacement policy for any confirmed factory defect upon arrival.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
